We offer a range of yoga classes both online and at our studio, plus therapies to help you relax and unwind.
Yoga classes include flowing Dru yoga classes suitable for all levels from beginners right up to those ready to explore a little deeper, plus Dru back care and wellbeing themed classes, and prenatal and postnatal yoga classes to help support you during these very special times in your life. All these are available to be booked as one to one classes at our studio, or online through our Dru yoga membership or the Calm Mums Club.
Our reflexology treatments (including foot, hand and facial reflexology) are a popular and relaxing choice, and we also offer Jin Shin Jyutsu, a wonderfully balancing healing treatment from Japan.
Alison specialises in women’s health and wellbeing, offering tailored reflexology treatments to support fertility, maternity and reproductive health.

Dru yoga classes
Dru yoga is a soft, flowing style of yoga, suitable for beginners as well as those more experienced in yoga.
Come along and try our classes for a supremely relaxing and yet energising experience. Flow in and out of classic postures, and learn our Energy Block Release sequences, unique to Dru.
All classes feature pranayama and mindfulness, as well as a guided relaxation (yoga nidra).
As well as our ‘standard’ Dru yoga classes, we also offer specialised back care and wellbeing classes, plus occasional workshops. Check our calendar for upcoming events.
Specialised yoga classes
Prenatal yoga classes offer a quiet space to move through flowing practices, especially tailored to pregnancy, and to connect to your growing baby. With 18 years of experience, I am able to offer appropriate practices if you are struggling with pregnancy related conditions such as PGP or carpal tunnel syndrome, as well as discomforts including back ache and heartburn.
Optimal foetal positioning and calming breathing practices are also included, and birthing classes for couples run regularly too.
Postnatally, the focus moves to regaining strength and tone, as well as gentle stretches to ease out aches and pains.
Prenatal and postnatal recovery classes are available to book as a one to one or small group option at the studio, but are also offered online as part of our Calm Mums club.
Reflexology treatments are available to book at the studio.
Specialising in women’s health, I offer fertility treatments, maternity treatments and postnatal recovery treatments. I also offer NEPIP, a treatment protocol for stress, and always tailor all treatments to suit each individual client.
I also offer Jin Shin Jyutsu, a Japanese form of healing, which can be incredibly relaxing. Individual treatments are available to book, as well as occasional healing circles in which I talk participants through a sequence of healing holds. Jin Shin Jyutsu techniques are also taught as part of my workshops.
