Join us for weekly Dru yoga and gentle back care and wellbeing themed classes
I’ve been teaching Dru yoga for 17 years, and practise yoga and meditation every day! I’d love to help you find your inner calm, whilst gently stretching and exercising your body.
I know how hard it can be to make the commitment to a regular practice, which is why this flexible membership includes the option of live classes alongside recorded on demand yoga sessions of various lengths.
A full class may last up to an hour, but we will also have regular mini classes, breathing practices, guided relaxations and more.

I always look forward to Alison’s yoga classes. They’re fun, calm yet energising and non-competitive. It’s not all about the stereotypical photos of yoga poses that you see in the magazines. Dru yoga allows your mind to focus, your body to relax and your posture to improve. I always feel so relaxed and positive, and I sleep so well!
Not sure you have time?
I’ve designed this membership to work for you, however limited your time. I know that not everyone is able to make live classes, and so you also get to pick and choose from on demand classes and practices, ranging from just 5 or 10 minutes for those busy days, up to longer classes when time allows. Live classes are around an hour in length. Plus my top tips on how to FIND more time and make yourself a priority once more!
2020 was the year that changed everything for us all.
As a yoga teacher and complementary therapist, my whole way of working was turned upside down, and I am incredibly grateful for the wonders of modern technology in helping me keep in touch with my students at a time when they needed yoga more than ever.
This way of working is here to stay, whatever the future holds for us all. I’m here to support you, in your own home, with all the most relaxing practices I know!

Alison’s back care classes have been a really helpful part of my treatment for chronic lower back pain. The classes are gentle but effective at keeping me moving.
I’ve been practising Dru yoga with Alison for about 2 years and I have loved improving myself, physically and mentally, with her. Alison is so professional and easily approachable, and she will make you feel that anything is achievable with a bit of practise!

Alison is wonderful. I have now been her student for over a decade! Starting with pregnancy yoga, moving to post natal yoga and now, blissfully, adult only yoga. Alison is so positive, kind and always reassuring. The sessions are calm, gentle and revitalising. Whether online or in person she really cares about her students and ensures everyone is comfortable and achieving what they need. I previously attended Alison’s face to face classes but since the restrictions I have been enjoying joining her online Zoom classes. Alison’s classes are delivered in a friendly, informal and relaxed way. Alison shows professional sensitivity to individuals’ physical pains or discomfort, tailoring the exercises to everyone’s individual needs. The classes also focus on the significance of mental wellbeing and I especially benefit from the relaxation exercises. After joining one of Alison’s classes I feel calmer as it slows my thoughts down and I feel well stretched, (this is especially valued after a busy day at work and sitting at a home study desk all day!)
