I’ve been teaching Dru yoga for 17 years, and practise yoga and meditation every day! I’d love to help you find your inner calm, whilst gently stretching and exercising your body.
I know how hard it can be to make the commitment to a regular practice, which is why this flexible membership includes the option of live classes alongside recorded on demand yoga sessions of various lengths.
A full class may last up to an hour, but we will also have regular mini classes, breathing practices, guided relaxations and more.
