Welcome to Sunfish Yoga and Therapy
Based in Wye between Ashford and Canterbury in Kent, we offer a range of yoga classes and therapies, specialising in women’s health and wellbeing from our boutique studio in the centre of the village.
Our studio was established in 2017 by Alison Belsom, an experienced therapist and yoga teacher with 25 years experience in the wellbeing field. We offer Dru yoga, prenatal yoga and postnatal yoga classes, alongside reflexology, fertility and maternity reflexology and Jin Shin Jyutsu treatments at the studio.
We offer a choice of online options which complement our studio classes and therapies. Explore our website to find out more, or get in touch to discuss what might suit you best!
Time to relax….
How often do you take time to relax, let alone meditate or practise some yoga?
Explore our site to find out more about how we can help you with ways to boost your own physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, and fit in moments of mindfulness into your daily routine.

We offer yoga tuition and complementary therapies at our studio and cosy therapy room. Choose from Dru yoga, a soft flowing style which is accessible for beginners but also suited to more experienced practitioners, prenatal yoga or postnatal recovery yoga for mums and babies, or book a relaxing reflexology or Jin Shin Jyutsu treatment.
Reflexology training is also available at our studio through our training school, Wye Reflexology Academy. Train to level 5, gaining the highest level of reflexology qualification in the UK.
Our online services are growing all the time. We currently offer a monthly programme of classes for Dru yoga, wellbeing and back care classes, prenatal yoga or postnatal yoga. Attend live classes and catch up with recorded classes in our private members area.
We also offer a selection of products and recordings to help you with building your own routine at home to restore or maintain a sense of balance and calm in your daily life. Do get in touch if you’d like advice on where to start!
